Recheck an offer
POST/v1/transfer/recheck
Confirms that an offer can still be booked and returns its current price and a fresh offer_token for book. Call it immediately before book. A provider-side failure answers 200 with available: false and error. An offer older than 24 hours answers 409 offer_expired, an offer that can no longer be priced in the search's currency 409 currency_unavailable (search again); a missing, modified or foreign offer_token answers 422 invalid_offer_token.
