Changelog

Within v1, changes are backwards compatible (Versioning). Your client must ignore unknown fields and handle unknown enumeration values.

1.2.1 · 2026-10-26

Documentation release. No API change.

  • Examples use neutral provider ids (provider_a, provider_b, …) and neutral order references. Your responses carry the provider ids enabled for your account (see your onboarding sheet); treat them as opaque strings.
  • The OpenAPI spec describes provider as an opaque id instead of listing the ids.
  • Wording: the API is called TransferPlatform or "the API" throughout.
  • The site is now published at https://docs.transfers.pathfndr.io.

1.2.0 · 2026-10-26

Documentation release. No API change.

  • New documentation site: guides, a generated reference page per endpoint with curl, Python and Node.js samples, local search and dark mode.
  • The OpenAPI spec now has an example for every field, and clearer operation ids (searchTransfers, recheckOffer, createBooking, getBookingDetails, cancelBooking).
  • New pages: Testing in sandbox with test scenarios, Request IDs, Rate limits.
  • The printable PDF guide and the single-file HTML reference are replaced by this site.

1.1.0 · 2026-10-26

Documentation release. No API change.

  • New quickstart (search, recheck, book, booking details, cancel) and a two-step go-live checklist.
  • Capabilities, offer expiry, flight details, booking details coverage and refunds are described per behaviour.
  • Clarified: price locked in the requested currency from search to refund; unknown book outcomes are looked up by re-sending the identical request, never by rebooking; wrong-environment keys answer 401.
  • Added offer_token / booking_token validity, currency_unavailable in search errors, and bad_request / unsupported_media_type in the HTTP codes.

1.0.1 · 2026-10-26

  • Search: meta.skipped_providers is always present ({} when empty); new reason no_availability for a provider that was searched but has no product for the route and date.
  • Booking details: after a cancel made through this API, cancelled_at and the refund are filled from our record of the cancel answer when the provider does not report them.

1.0.0 · 2026-10-26

  • Error envelope on every error, with request_id; X-Request-Id on every response.
  • Book idempotent per internal_reference (409 duplicate_booking, Idempotent-Replayed).
  • Book and cancel status: unknown; rate limit and body limit; live and sandbox base URLs.

1.0.0-beta · 2026-10-23

First partner release: airport, point-to-point and hourly search; recheck; book; booking details; cancel; API keys; opaque offer_token and booking_token.
